As
Moreno the conniving brute Chauffeur
in a Murder Mystery I
did long ago.
Moreno was a nervous, insecure, macho,
mean-spirited but underneath I created a sense that he really hated being this
way but didn't know how to break from his self-defined role of the little guy
who was ready to do anything to get out of being the little guy and being pushed
around. It was one of those great roles in a bad play - that allowed me the
freedom in my early days to really capture the psychology of a desperate human
being. I remember this being my first really full characterization, using my
newly trained craft. It was an exciting moment to realize I was an actor! I
stole this show :)...
